We are representing a premier, general contractor that is looking for an Estimator in the greater Pittsburgh, PA area.
Job Requirements :
- Minimum of three (3) years experience estimating construction projects in the million dollar range.
- Associates degree or high school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lead a project estimate.
- Experience in quantity take-offs preferred.
- Ability to read drawings and interpret specifications.
- Knowledge of the local market and relationships with local subcontractors preferred.
- Relevant experience in millwork construction.
- Computer skills required Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
