- Monitor, trend and assess systems and components to improve reliability
- Establish system performance for designated systems. Identify and prioritize corrective actions to ensure system, safety, reliability, and availability
- Lead cross-functional teams to manage / resolve long term system performance issues
- Ensure system readiness and compliance with design / license basis
Job Specific Qualifications
REQUIRED :
- BS Degree in Mechanical / Chemical / Industrial / Aerospace Engineering.
- Minimum of 7 years related industry experience
- Must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiar with mechanical engineering concepts and operations
- The candidate will need to demonstrate flexibility with changing priorities and adaptive ways of doing business
- Available for Shift Work. Must meet Nuclear requirements for Unescorted Site Access.
DESIRED :
- Greater than ten years of experience in Nuclear Power Plant Engineering
- SRO license / certification or System Engineering
- MS or PE
