Must have : 2 years L&D experienceAdvanced skills needed : RNs Care of the laboring patient, care of the newborn immediately after delivery, circulate and recover c / s patientsProcedures performed on unit : vaginal deliveries, c / sections, d&c, cerclage, epidural anesthesia, tub labor,Certifications Required : AWHONN Intermediate (not advanced), or CEFM, ACLS, BLS, NRP
