Kelly Science & Clinical is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Document Reviewer for a food manufacturing company south of Dallas.
The overall responsibility of the position is to review and manage data from production and quality records including Batching, CIP / COP / Sanitation, Processing, Filling, and Downline to ensure that the associated documentation for these procedures is within compliance.
Additional Job Responsibilities :
- Manage plant records and critical documents
- Ensure accuracy of daily records and maintain documentation
- Notify management and plant personnel and escalate non-compliant results and documentation non-conformances
- Complete record-related deviations and corrective actions
- Pull proper documentation to support audits, customer complaints, and management of issues
- Create COAs for product shipments and reconcile cases shipped for each lot
- Enter incubation results in the database and provide production staff with performance information
- Track and report record compliance KPIs
Job Requirements :
- Bachelors degree in Biology or related discipline is preferred
- 2+ years QA related experience in a food or beverage production facility preferred
- Must consistently perform the essential duties listed above
- Computer proficient, especially with Microsoft Office products
- Strong organization, communication skills, and strict attention to detail
There are 2 positions available : 1 day shift (6am-6pm) and 1 night shift (6pm-6am) with a 2-2-3 rotating schedule. These are temp to hire positions with pay rate commensurate upon level of applicable education and experience.
