IT Financial Management Analyst
This is day 1 onsite Andover, MA
Description :
The IT Financial Management Analyst will work with the VP Office of the CIO to operate current state ITFM processes performed by the Technology organization while working with internal partners in CLIENT Finance and CLIENT HR to identify short, medium and long-term improvements to the ITFM process.
Specifically, the IT Financial Management Analyst will :
- Develop an understanding of the current process and tools used for IT financial management at CLIENT Instruments. Document the current process and become skilled at using the current excel-based tool and maintaining the current process.
- One of these is a manual roll of up headcount contract and perm to financials over months.
- Work with VP OCIO to integrate IT Finance work product into schedule of standing meetings including but not limited to ITLT budget reviews and CEO staff meetings.
- Work with VP OCIO, CLIENT Finance Partners, CLIENT HR Partners, and IT Lead Team (ITLT)to identify future state process with a focus on clear division of responsibility in standard production of IT finance deliverables
- Work with VP OCIO, CLIENT Finance Partners, and ITLT to develop a roadmap for implementation of the future state process and tools with a focus on near-term tactical improvements.
- Liaise with VP OCIO and Program Governance Consultant to help build an understanding of financial management for IT Investment programs and data flow.
Skills and Experience :
- 3 - 5 Years in ITFM or related discipline
- 3 - 5 Years business process analysis and design
- 3 - 5 Years working with senior audiences
