The Role : The role of the Head of US Clients (I&C) is a key role in the Client Leadership team and is all about our client journey;

ensuring we scale appropriately in our existing and prospective client base across the USA. In short, your job will be to identify, acquire and grow existing key US major accounts, scaling this vertical to ensure the continued growth as a business.

The role covers the full sales cycle from seeking out new leads and introducing them to Kubrick, to navigating client procurement processes, to nurturing and ultimately scaling these accounts.

This role can be part time role (min 3 days a week) or full time, and we are open to flexible working patterns. Key Responsibilities & Priorities

  • Responsible for the growth of all US strategic and major accounts.
  • Ensuring all clients in this vertical are above target on their client journey.
  • Helping the business continue to adapt by reporting back on clients need and requirements, to dictate what we include in training going forward.
  • Kubrick advocate oBrand ambassador for Kubrick when dealing with clients oWillingness to take on responsibilities at short notice which might sit outside of normal remit.

eg. supporting training, CRM activities, company-wide initiatives). What are we looking for?

You can quickly identify high areas of growth potential and how Kubrick’s services can be best utilised to achieve sustained success in these areas.

  • Track record of acquiring, growing and maintaining client growth.
  • Leadership capabilities ability to run a POD and team of salespeople cascading the above abilities across the team.
  • Prior experience selling technology solutions or professional services.
  • Working with Global brands selling across different geographies.
  • The ability to drive engagement with senior stakeholders, navigating through complex organization structures to educate on Kubrick’s operating model.
  • High levels of confidence and autonomy running procurement cycle with next new clients
  • Experience with value selling, holding conversations with decision makers and C-level executives, and being able to establish long term relationships whilst being naturally curious.
  • The ability to hold full sales cycles Introduction, Qualification & Solution meetings to fully understand requirements and propose the right services to position Kubrick as a long-term business partner.
  • The ability to leverage sales tools to generate new leads, conduct structured outreach and win new meetings through cold calling and emails.
  • Proven experience, growing depth, and knowledge within large organisations.
  • Confidence in having procurement discussions and winning logos through signed Master Client Agreements.
  • A consistent track record of over-achievement; net new logo accomplishments; and keen understanding of how to leverage channel / Technology partnerships.
  • The ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast paced and changing environment. What will make me stand out?

  • Having extensive experience of successfully selling solutions into Medium / Large / Enterprise accounts across a variety of industries and closing large deals
  • Working with clients in multiple geographies across the US
  • Performer : You have consistently achieved and / or exceeded your sales goals across your client / account base.
  • Knowledge of data, trends, and the urgent requirement of data talent
  • Experience of working with multiple large procurement cycles at once.
  • Have strong examples of building C-Level relationships.
  • You have a desire and passion to identify new clients and contacts, to maximise revenue. You must be a target motivated and oriented individual.
