Need previous Corporate Manufacturing Recruiting experience
Responsibilities :
- Provide full life cycle, high volume recruiting support for the business
- Source, evaluate, network, and hire top tier talent
- Protect and improve candidate experience
- Use hiring metrics to develop new and more efficient hiring solutions
- Help fill the highest priority hiring needs for the company
Responsible for End to End Recruitment of US positions
Providing talent benchmarking and market landscape for quality hiring.
Creating the leadership talent pool from the market.
Source and attract candidates by using databases, portals, social media, headhunting, industrial mapping etc.
Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools / methods to filter candidates within schedule.
Qualifications :
- Demonstrated ability influencing senior leaders
- A love for solving challenging problems and building programs for scale
- Strong organizational skills and an ability to quickly prioritize competing priorities
- Customer-focused attitude, excellent interpersonal skills to handle all levels within an organization, and a track record of providing a high-touch experience to both candidates and hiring managers
- A sourcing maven, who is able to find untapped talent outside traditional means and engage top talent with your personalized approach
- Well networked with a deep talent network of diverse talent
- Experience networking, sourcing, and hiring diverse talent globally
- Experience mentoring junior teammates
- Experience working in both small and large corporate companies
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
- 5+ years of experience recruiting for a wide array of business and / or corporate roles, inclusive of specialized and niche positions
