About the Job
Napoleon House is looking for passionate, focused and efficient line cook to join our talented culinary team. Line Cooks are responsible for preparing and finishing all hot and cold foods.
You will execute sandwiches and classic New Orleans cuisine with enthusiasm at a high volume. You will also be accountable for cleanliness, and food and equipment safety knowledge that meets Napoleon House company standards

Ideal Candidates should :
Have at least 1 years of related experience or a culinary degree
High volume restaurant experience a plus
Have passion for food, exceptional work ethic and dedication
Be able work well under pressure
Constantly strive to better oneself
Maintain positive attitude
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Have the ability to read and follow menus and recipes
Complete basic mathematical calculations
