Tony Milam - State Farm Agency, located in Dagsboro, DE is currently looking for a talented, caring, professional to join our team as a Bilingual (Spanish / English) Insurance Customer Service Representative.
This is a position focused on Customer Service for a well-established State Farm Agent.
If you have a talent for customer care and understand the needs and motivations of people, we want you on our team! As our Customer Service Representative, you’ll work to inspire customer loyalty and significantly enhance the overall State Farm Insurance customer experience.
Base Pay + Commissions + Bonuses + Benefits!
Property & Casualty License Preferred but not required - we will help you become licensed!* *(Completion of Training Program required)*
Responsibilities include but not limited to :
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Requirements
- Property & Casualty License preferred but not required (Completion of training program required)
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening.
- Ability to make presentations to potential customers
- Self-motivated, Detail oriented, Organizational skills, Ability to multi-task
- Proactive in problem solving, Dedicated to customer service
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer.
