Hey there! We are Providence Real Estate and we're currently seeking a full-time Apartment Leasing Agent to join our team at Pine Harbor Apartments in Orlando, FL.
THE BASICS
Pay : This position offers competitive pay ranging from $18 - $22 per hour.
Schedule : As an Apartment Leasing Agent, your typical work schedule will be Monday - Friday, with additional shifts on most Saturdays.
We offer a day off during the week for every weekend day worked to ensure work-life balance.

YOUR DAY AS AN APARTMENT LEASING AGENT
Your day will involve welcoming prospective residents, conducting property tours, processing Leasing applications, and assisting with move-in and move-out procedures.
You'll also help maintain office systems and handle apartment turnovers. Each interaction presents an opportunity to showcase our community and provide exceptional service to potential residents.
REQUIREMENTS
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of leasing experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Reliable transportation
- Strong closing skills
