Position Title : Digital Project Manager - Product Implementations (Physical Products, Not Software)
Location : Remote (Atlanta, GA) Supporting Americas Region
Duration : 6 months initially
Team : Digital Customer Solutions Team
Pay : $50 / hr. w2 + medical
Overview : We are looking for a Digital Product Implementation Manager with extensive experience in deploying physical hardware products to external, global stakeholders.
This role requires expertise in managing deployments across the Americas, along with fluency in Spanish.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the deployment of digital products into business environments, with a strong focus on client-facing initiatives.
- Manage diverse stakeholder groups, including clients, third parties, and internal teams, with excellent collaboration and leadership skills.
- Lead the global deployment of an existing physical product, working closely with sales and business units to ensure seamless integration for customers.
- This role is not focused on IT or software development, but on delivering a physical product to an established global customer base.
Qualifications :
- 8 years of experience deploying digital physical products into businesses, very business facing, stakeholder management in the US and Latin America
- Ability to collaborate and lead with a variety of stakeholders including clients and 3rd parties
- Good focus on risk management
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Tools : Proficiency in Jira, PowerPoint, and Excel with strong experience tracking project status updates and presenting decks to stakeholders.
