Responsibilities
- Achieve new business production goals and objectives as outlined (with bonus opportunities)
- Solicit new business through telephone outreach, networking, and various lead sources.
- Develop insurance quotes, deliver compelling sales presentations, and successfully close sales.
- Build and maintain strong networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, and other relevant professionals.
Requirements
- Ability to multi-task effectively.
- Property & Casualty license preferred; training available for the right candidate.
- Strong work ethic and leadership abilities.
- Highly driven and goal-oriented.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
