Job Description : Responsible for providing a comprehensive evaluation of performance components affecting functional mobility and providing goal-oriented treatment to facilitate maximum level of independence.
Qualifications Job Requirements : Education : Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy from a university program satisfying the APTA academic and intern requirements for competence.
License / Certification : Nevada State License as a Registered Physical Therapist (see note below). Current BLS certification.
Other : Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care / service to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit / department.
Note : May work as a Graduate of Physical Therapy with recognization of the Board of Physical Therapy Examiners with on-site direct supervision.
