Campus Services Dispatch / Driver- Part Time
RiverWoods is currently seeking a team member to come join our campus services team as a Dispatcher / Driver. At RiverWoods you will be offering daily living assistance in an active retirement community providing the highest quality services, environment, and care.
This is primarily a day time role (however there may be some needs on evenings up to 9pm on occasion) and the ideal candidate would be able to work day time hours on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 10 : 30am to 7pm

Responsibilities
Provides quality customer service with a positive attitude and commitment to teamwork within the concierge team and other departments while meeting the needs of residents, staff and visitors.
Supports all aspects of the RiverWoods community.
- Provides safe, timely transportation to residents and staff.
- Creates the daily transportation schedule to include all trips, blocking out set up / break down time and meeting times within the daily schedule.
- Handles / directs all daily calls from residents such as pick up requests from off site locations, requests by residents for services within RiverWoods and other requests as they arise.
Ability to make quick decisions on directing the team.
- Completes all billing, handles receipts, trip confirmations which may include calls to residents as reminders, data entry, tracking and analysis and all other paperwork in a timely manner.
- Covers lunch breaks for the front desk as needed.
- The ideal candidate must be able to lift at least 30 pounds consistently, push 100 pounds of force occasionally and provide quality customer service with a positive attitude and commitment to teamwork while meeting the needs of residents, staff and visitors.
- CDL license not required but desireable
- Prior experience working with the elderly population is a plus.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- A good driving record and previous driving experience preferred
- ability to pass DOT Medical Examination required for CDL Holders
