Onboarding Coordinator

Vaco is currently seeking an Onboarding Coordinator. In office and medical setting. Temp-to-Hire.

Key Responsibilities

• Review enrollments for compliance and accuracy.
• Serve as the main contact for program requirements and installation logistics.
• Maintain data accuracy in the internal database.
• Liaise between Installation Vendors and Customers throughout the installation.
• Coordinate hardware and technician deliverables to meet schedules.
• Conduct onboarding training for Customers.
• Address Customer inquiries about PatientPoint solutions.
• Assist with internet connectivity issues.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or relevant experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills, especially with databases and advanced Excel.
• 1-2 years of project management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

• the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
• licensure and certification requirements;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure.

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
