The position title will insert job objective .

This position will be in insert location or remote , and (if Hybrid eligible include requirements . This position is / is not eligible for employer visa sponsorship.

What will you do?

  • Maintain a complete understanding of the current claim ecosystem to establish and maintain associated controls for each claim disbursement channel.
  • Manage the payroll function for one or more BHHC Divisions and related controls.
  • Oversee the T&E lifecycle for one or more BHHC Divisions.
  • Procurement Function Leadership
  • Operate as the subject matter expert over various banking / funding relationships.
  • Oversee the AP disbursement workflow for one or more BHHC Divisions and related controls.
  • Oversee integrations of various applications into existing financial information systems.
  • Act as the finance subject matter expert for MAR within one or more BHHC Divisions. Understand controls and their intent within the overall risk matrix.
  • Develop staff by progressively delegating more difficult duties and encouraging department interaction. Evaluate job performance, interview job candidates, and recommend personnel actions

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 5 or more years related work experience.
  • Expertise in GAAP
  • Knowledge and experience with statutory accounting principles.
