shifts are 24 hours and the providers cover the IP peds floor, ED consults, and the newborn nursery.

Providers must be Board Certified in ABEM or AOBEM, working 24-hour shifts on a 7-on / 7-off schedule. Responsibilities include rounding on the pediatric floor, providing ED consultations, and covering the nursery.
