Requirements :
- TN or Compact License
- Must have at least 2 years ER experience with travel or 3 years ER experience without travel
- Large hospital & Level 1 trauma experience
Other Details :
- Must live at least 100 miles from facility
- COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline) : Required - No Exemptions
- Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline) : Required - No Exemptions
