Onsite Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Near Twin Falls, ID
Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school district near Twin Falls, ID, for the 2024-2025 academic year.
This onsite position provides a valuable opportunity to work with a diverse K-12 caseload and make a meaningful impact on students' communication skills.
Responsibilities :
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students in grades K-12
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with speech and language disorders
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify speech and language needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert advice on speech and language development
- Stay informed about best practices and advancements in the field of speech-language pathology
Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid Idaho SLP license or eligibility to obtain one
- Experience working with K-12 students is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
