- Need two providers to cover 2 weeks per month
- Trauma level 2
- Patient Volume : average 18-20 patients
- Support Staff : 9 RN's, 10 MA's, 7 APP's 15 office staff
- EMR : Epic
- Requirements : ID license or IMLC, BC, ABLS, ACLS, BLS, fellowship
- Credentialing : 90 days
