Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage review and compilation engagements.
- Prepare business, individual, fiduciary, and not-for-profit tax returns.
- Draft and finalize financial statements with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Conduct in-depth tax research and identify planning and compliance opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with partners on tax planning for closely-held businesses and individual clients.
Job Details
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA or EA licensure (or actively pursuing).
- Minimum of 3 years of recent public accounting experience.
- Proficiency with tax software and Microsoft Office (ProFx experience a plus).
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple engagements.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex tax and financial concepts clearly to clients.
