As they continue to expand our operations and take on challenging projects, they are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team.

Position Overview :

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer who will play a key role in leading and executing mechanical engineering projects across multiple sectors.

You Have :

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is Preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects in the industrial, food / beverage, multi-family, corporate office, warehouses, hotels, and hospitality sectors.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience in Plumbing and Fire Protection design is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership and project management experience is a plus.

You Will :

• Take the lead in designing, planning, and managing mechanical engineering projects in various sectors, ensuring they meet client expectations and industry standards.
• Utilize your expertise to provide innovative and sustainable mechanical engineering solutions, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, electrical engineers, and project managers, to ensure the seamless integration of mechanical systems into projects.
• Oversee quality control and quality assurance processes to ensure all designs and solutions are safe, efficient, and compliant with relevant codes and standards.
• Build client relationships, provide exceptional service, and address client needs and concerns throughout project lifecycles.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support their professional development.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and emerging best practices in mechanical engineering to continually improve our services.
