We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative in Fullerton, CA to join our client's team, a manufacturer offering an array of polyurethane foam products.
You will become an integral part of the company to perpetuate their reputation as the industry’s highest service provider.
You will earn $20.00 to $25.00 working Monday and Friday!
Your Day :
- Handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly in a calm, professional demeanor.
- Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas including order entry, multi-line telephone, order compilation and filing to maintain customer records and account information.
- Receives, processes, and verifies the accuracy of orders from customers.
- Actively involved in continuous process improvement within and between departments
- Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience.
About You :
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office : Word, Excel, Power Point and Access
- Knowledge of UNIX (preferred)
- Computer proficiency
- 3+ years of experience in customer service or help desk capacity.
- Self-directed, well-organized, and self-motivated
- Time Management : the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to positively interact with all levels of the organization in a team environment.
- Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality.
Pay and Shift :
- Monday to Friday
- 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM
- $20.00 to $25.00 (DOE)
