Key ResponsibilitiesTriage incoming work orders and route them to appropriate resources for timely resolutionCommunicate with residents to provide updates and ensure satisfaction throughout the maintenance processManage vendor relationships and oversee cost-effective work completion while maintaining quality standardsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in business administration, property management, vendor management, or a related field5+ years of experience in property management, facilities management, or a related fieldKnowledge of property management software, such as Yardi, Appfolio, or MRI, preferredUnderstanding of building systems and construction processesAvailability to work outside of regular business hours as needed
