Shift : Night 4x12-Hour (19 : 00 - 07 : 30)-Work location : Onsite; West Hollywood, CA -Compensation : $55 to $61 per hourDuties and Responsibilities -Constantly assessing and monitoring patients' vital signs (heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen levels, etc.
and responding to any critical changes.-Ensuring the accurate and timely administration of medications, including IV drips, injections, and other treatments, while managing complex medication regimens.
- Managing and troubleshooting ventilators, dialysis machines, and other life-support systems to stabilize critically ill patients.
- Conducting thorough patient assessments, documenting patient status, care plans, and any changes in condition, while maintaining accurate records in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
- Working closely with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and adjust patient care plans, communicate critical updates, and coordinate treatments.
- Responding to life-threatening emergencies such as cardiac arrests, respiratory failure, or sudden deterioration, providing CPR, intubation, or other critical interventions.
- Communicating with patients and their families to explain diagnoses, treatment plans, and post-ICU care, offering emotional support during a highly stressful time.
- Assisting with or performing procedures like wound care, inserting central lines, arterial lines, or managing catheters and drains.
Education Qualifications-Bachelor's Degree or higher in Nursing from an accredited academic institution. (preferred)Experience-Three (3) years or more of fit test / ICU nursing experienceLicenses-California Registered Nurse (RN) license?
