eCommerce Customer Service Associate

$15 to $18 per hour DOE

A-1 Textiles, a Division of A1 American, seeks an eCommerce Customer Service Associate at its West Coast Corporate Headquarters in Pacoima, California.

This is a permanent position and this person will be onsite 40 hours per week. Remote is possible.

Position : eCommerce Customer Service Associate

Location : Pacoima, CA ? Remote

Job Description :

A1 American is looking for an eCommerce Customer Service Associate with 1-2 years of customer service and ecommerce website experience.

This person will be responsible for managing day-to-day website customer service responsibilities relating to website orders which includes :

  • Interfacing with other departmental groups (accounting, order processing, warehouse) as needed to provide customer order and invoice status
  • Providing customer assistance with website logins and account updates
  • Supporting web sales by assisting online customers with website navigation and order placement as needed
  • Producing daily status reports as needed new registrations, sales summaries
  • Performing other duties as assigned
  • Experience with website management and CRM systems is a plus
  • Experience with Sage 300 and Sage CRM a plus.

Skills and Requirements :

  • 1-2 years ecommerce customer service experience
  • Sage 300 and Sage CRM experience a plus
  • Excellent writing, grammar and editing skills
  • Familiarity with website management tools
  • Proficiency with Word and Excel
  • Excellent time management skills
