SCOPE : This position will be responsible for maintaining the SAP ECC System and various applications to support the Order to Cash processes in SAP ECC.

Will require both technical level experience and ability to interface with all levels of users and will require user support as needed.

Essential duties and responsibilities :

• Function as functional expert and provide support for the SAP SD module and associated OTC processes
• Configuration of SAP SD related master data, delivery processing, billing, account determination, credit management, and ATP.
• Ability to conduct OTC implementations from start to finish using Best Practice methods and tools.
• Provide leadership in gathering, clarifying and documenting requirements for application, service and support requests.
• Analyze and resolve support and enhancement requests.
• Actively work with customers to analyze business needs and document business requirements.
• Interface with other functional areas to implemented cross-functional solutions.
• Recommend revisions to SAP related business processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Gather, define, and document high-level business requirements on behalf of the business process owners, subject matter experts, users, and other stakeholders.

From this information, develop a detailed functional specification suitable for implementation.

• Implement designs and configure the system as necessary.
• Ensure that high system performance levels are achieved as part of the quality assurance and performance process.

Experience, Competencies and Education :

• Bachelor's Degree in related field.
• At least 7 years' applicable experience and 1 full SAP life-cycle experience required.

Competencies and Skills :

• Deep understanding of the SAP ECC SD and Order to Cash processes, reports, and associated functionality.
• Cross Functional understanding of ECC modules strongly desired.
• Extensive experience with both the functional and technical aspects of interfaces with non-ECC systems.
• Experience with configuring and maintaining SAP ECC sales order pricing procedures.
• Broad understanding of the integration points between SAP SD and other SAP modules.
• Excellent writing, verbal skills and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, analytical, inter-personal, and technical skills
• Must be organized and pay attention to details.
• Excellent problem solving, project management and process mapping skills.
• Ability to manage projects and commitment to meeting deadlines and commitments.
• Flexible work schedule, ability to work evenings and weekends, with or without advanced notice, and availability to respond to emergencies.

Language Skills :

• Good command of the English language in both verbal and written skills.
• Proficient computer skills

Computer Skills :

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, spreadsheet, query and database skills.

Training Requirements :

• Complete all necessary training as required by assigned department and position.
• Participate in and follow all company initiatives.

Physical Demands :

• Long periods of sitting are required, as well as long periods of working on the computer.
• May need to be able to lift up to 30lbs on occasion.

Personal Protective Equipment :

• Safety glasses with side shields and hearing protection is required when on factory floor

Work Environment :

• Normal office environment conditions.
• Within the Smith & Wesson manufacturing facility, employees may be exposed to manufacturing noise, airborne liquid chemicals, fine particulate dust, ambient temperatures, and industrial lighting.
• Work environment is similar to most manufacturing operations. May be exposed to excessive noise, temperatures, hazards associated with working around moving machinery, work in confined quarters, exposure to vibrations and shop lighting.
