Job Description : We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Front Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our pediatrician office.
The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal communication skills with patients. This role plays a vital part in providing quality care and support to our young patients and their families.
Responsibilities :
- Assist with patient check-ins and prepare them for examination
- Take and record vital signs
- Administer vaccinations and medications as directed by the physician
- Communicate effectively with patients and families, providing education and support
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Collaborate with the medical team to ensure the best possible care for patients
Requirements :
- Current LPN license in the state
- Experience working in a pediatric or family practice setting is preferred
- Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients and families
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients
