Key Responsibilities : Case Management : Independently handle family law cases from inception to resolution, including courtroom litigation.
Legal Research : Conduct thorough research on family law issues, ensuring well-informed legal strategies. Documentation : Draft, review, and analyze legal documents with precision, utilizing strong organizational and time management skills.
Client Interaction : Communicate complex legal matters with empathy and clarity to clients of varying levels of sophistication.
Collaboration : Work closely with other attorneys on complex cases, and effectively communicate with outside attorneys, senior management, clients, and support staff.
Court Appearances : Represent clients at depositions, mediations, and hearings. Billable Hours Management : Track and manage billable hours, ensuring that all client and case management obligations are met.
Qualifications : Minimum of 3 years of experience in Family Law. Active license to practice law in California is required.
