Will Call Coordinator Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Will Call Coordinator to join our team. As a Will Call Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and fulfilling will-call orders, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do :

• Coordinate and fulfill will-call orders in a timely and accurate manner
• Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person
• Communicate with customers regarding order status and any issues that may arise
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient order fulfillment
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring :

• High school diploma or equivalent required - 1-2 years of experience in a related field (inventory management, customer service, etc.)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Physical Requirements and Work Environment :

• Warehouse Environment / Counter, standing and walking for most of the day
• Regular lifting of up to 50lbs
• Usual 40-hour work week Monday through Friday; however, based on business needs, evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required
• Requires punctual regular and reliable on-site attendance
• We reimburse for steel toe shoes up to $150
