What’s the position?

We are looking for a experienced Sportsbook Manager Trading BI with a strong focus on people management and analytics to join our team.

Reporting to the Senior Manager - Sportsbook BI, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and managing a team of sportsbook analysts.

Your role will ensure the team delivers high-quality, actionable insights that drive continuous improvement in sportsbook performance.

Key Responsibilities :

Team Leadership & People Management

Lead and mentor a team of analysts, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities. Conduct regular 1-2-1s, performance reviews, and upskilling initiatives to ensure the team's growth and efficiency.

Coaching & Development

Create structured development plans for team members, focusing on skill enhancement in data analysis and strategic thinking.

Act as a coach to help them excel in performance monitoring and insight generation.

Performance & Workflow Management

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring effective allocation of resources, prioritization of tasks, and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).

Analytical Leadership

Lead the team in producing data-driven insights to evaluate and improve sportsbook performance across multiple dimensions, including product, pricing, and customer experience.

Working with the Senior Manager to ensure that data is transformed into actionable recommendations.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration

Work closely with key stakeholders in to ensure that the sportsbook analysts’ insights are aligned with business objectives.

What are we looking for?

Proven People Management

Strong experience managing a team, with a track record of coaching and developing staff. You should have experience conducting performance evaluations, handling team dynamics, and facilitating growth.

Sports Betting & BI Expertise

Solid experience in the sports betting industry and proficiency in business intelligence and data analytics. The ability to understand and interpret betting data is crucial.

Analytical & Technical Skills

Excellent analytical skills with experience using BI Software to drive insights. Experience turning complex data into clear, actionable insights for the business.

KPI Management

Experience monitoring and managing team performance against KPIs, ensuring that individual and team goals are met consistently.
