About the Role :
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Callisons! As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction.
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support, with a focus on building strong relationships with our customers and fostering a customer-first attitude within the organization.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer literacy with experience using Microsoft Office products and some familiarity with ERP systems.
- Experience in a customer service or related role.
- Strong follow-up, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing, supply chain management, or business to business environment.
- Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Outlook, Excel,) and proficiency with ERP systems.
- Strong interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
Responsibilities :
- Managing customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Providing product and service information to customers.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and document requests.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and updating account information.
- Working with our sales team as sales-support with a customer-centric focus.
- Coordinating with our logistics team for customer order shipment support.
- Advocating for customer needs within the company.
- Facilitating inter-departmental coordination.
- Special projects as assigned by management.
- Additional tasks as needed to support the function of the Customer Service Team.
Additional :
As a Customer Service Representative, you will utilize your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with our customers and your colleagues.
An eye for detail will be essential as you process orders and maintain accurate customer records. You will actively pursue appropriate cross-department coordination to ensure our customers' needs are met in a timely manner.
You will serve as the voice for the customer internally, and the face of the company externally.
Travel requirements :
Occasional travel between facilities
