ITTConnect is seeking a Workday Product Specialist to join our team . Our client is a major IT consulting company with HQ in Europe, offices in 15 countries and over 15k employees, they are experts in providing technology services & consulting to Financial clients.
Job Location : Client is located in Boston, MA. Preference is hybrid (2-3 days a week in the office). Remote on EST will be considered
Responsibilities :
- Help with establishing the Workday practice for the client
- Partner closely with client HRIS Manager, HR Functional Leads and IT teammates on helping to define scope, timelines, resources, dependencies, requirements, testing and results for Workday enhancements
- Organize and handle the ongoing prioritization of Workday maintenance’ items. This includes bug and enhancement’ items including leading and / or participating in vital meeting routines
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in IT and 7 years of experience with Workday
- Highly desirable experience in the Financial Services industry
- Extensive knowledge of Workday HCM and understanding of downstream impacts to the benefits, absence, talent, performance, recruiting, compensation and administration modules
- Experience supporting an HR team with implementing and maintaining the platform.
- Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills; proven customer service’ skills; ability to interact with all levels of employees across the firm
- Self-motivated with a proven track record to multitask and handle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, time management, and collaboration skills
- Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality and maintain a high level of trust and integrity to handle critical and confidential situations and documentation
- Ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
