As a member of the interdisciplinary team, you will contribute your professional nursing knowledge and skills to provide and manage care for patients by using the nursing process.
This includes assessing patients, developing individualized care plans, implementing interventions, evaluating patient progress, and modifying care plans as needed.
Additionally, you will participate in interdisciplinary patient care, prioritize work, collaborate with the healthcare team, provide patient education, and actively participate in data collection and analysis for performance improvement.
