Position : Senior Transportation Project Manager
Location : Tulsa or Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Salary Range : $135,000-$170,000 annually

Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategic plans to manage and expand the transportation group.
- Lead, manage, and mentor a diverse and dynamic team of professionals.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with state transportation departments and local municipalities.
- Secure new projects through effective business development strategies.
- Oversee project execution with a focus on excellence in geometric design, roadway construction, and traffic control.
Qualifications :
- Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Licensing : Professional Engineer (PE) license in Oklahoma
- Experience : 10 years in the field
- Software Proficiency : InRoads, OpenRoads, Microsoft Office Suite
Technical Expertise :
- Expert in the geometric design of urban and rural highways / roadways.
- Proficient with 3D design tools.
- Extensive experience in roadway, drainage, construction sequencing, and traffic control.
- Skilled in coordinating utility relocations.
- Adept at preparing and reviewing contract documents.
- Salary Range $135,000-$170,000 annually
- Longevity bonuses up to $10,000 every 5 years.
- Referral bonuses up to $6,000.
