Senior Construction Manager

We are seeking a Senior Construction Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation, as well as oversee project superintendents
Responsibilities :
- Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
- Allocate resources for assigned projects
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order cost
Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
- Work with clients and draftsman to make changes to floor plans
- Review and assure that trade partners are adhering to budgets.
Qualifications :
- Previous construction experience working especially with budgets and schedules is a must.
- Familiarity with construction management software
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Must have experience with blueprints as it pertains to building a home
