Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations for smooth running.
- Manage and train staff to uphold high service standards.
- Assist in creating and implementing business strategies to boost profitability and efficiency.
- Maintain inventory and control systems to minimize waste and loss.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Address customer concerns and feedback to ensure positive dining experiences.
- Support the General Manager in administrative tasks and decision-making.
- Participate in the hiring process and conduct performance evaluations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or hospitality.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in computer and restaurant management software.
