The SMB Regional Marketing Team's purpose is to make TikTok the most relevant growth platform for small and medium sized businesses, providing education, guidance and showcasing success.
As part of the Global SMB Team, the Regional Business Marketing Team works in close collaboration with the Sales and Product teams, becoming the champions of SMB audiences, continually optimizing performance driven messaging strategies and customer journeys.

SMB Revenue Growth Strategies- Align with Sales, Growth and Product to define opportunity size, prioritize support for owned products, build a seamless client experience, and understand key success drivers.
Build joint strategies to create and manage engaging, scaled marketing initiatives (., campaigns, webinars, events, content series) - Partner with key stakeholders and teams across the business to drive synergies and scaled impact (.
TikTok Shops, SMB Growth, Enterprise, and more)- Lead GTM narrative, campaign strategy, and "wrapper" by collaborating with stakeholders to define product value propositions, craft joint integrated marketing plans (webinars, events, web, social, email and more), insight-driven toolkits, campaigns, narratives, pitch packages, and verticalized content / strategies.
Content Creation and Management- Oversee high-quality content and campaign creation across formats, manage internal / external vendors (writers, designers, creators, agencies) to develop assets.
Performance Tracking and Optimization- Monitor, analyze, track performance across various channels to identify trends and optimize strategies.
- Develop and maintain proactive launch calendars to deliver KPIs on time and on budget, highlighting barriers and opportunities along the way.
- Track and analyze marketing performance across all campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and continuously iterate for better results.
Knowledge Sharing and Collaboration- Share best practices, collaborate with regional counterparts, and contribute to broader team initiatives for full-funnel success across leads, new revenue, and incremental revenue.
- Identify and package successful regional platform content strategies for global scaling and leverage across other regions.
- Advocate for customer focus based on data and research, influencing internal teams to prioritize SMB needs and solution-based narratives.

Minimum Qualifications- Minimum 4 years of experience in a strategy or marketing strategy role.- Experience designing and executing content strategies and analyzing content strategy performance.
- Expert written and verbal communicator, with the ability to articulate abstract concepts.- Ability to identify opportunities, develop project scope and independently lead ideation and execution.
- Experience leading and collaborating across broader teams (Product, Sales, Marketing) to define product value propositions and GTM plans.
- Confidence in crafting integrated marketing plans encompassing various channels. Preferred Qualifications- A deep understanding of the Small & Medium Businesses industry.
- Experience within a top tier creative agency, brand creative group or a strategy role within a technology company.
