H2 Health is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our team at our Chiefland or Lake City location. The therapist must be able to work independently and in teams and make appropriate decisions based on each patient's functional needs - mentorship and leadership development available! Education : Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Experience : Prior experience in an outpatient setting is preferred, but not required. New grads welcome!
