What will youdo

As a Store Manager at DetailGarage you will be responsible for exceeding customer expectationsby delivering exceptional customer service providing in depthproduct knowledge and creating an awesome brand experience for ourcustomers.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage thedaily operations of a retail store including marketing inventorymanagement customer service and the onboarding and training of newemployees.

Our Store Manager will be an effective leader withexcellent communication skills strong decision making abilities andis able to excel in a fast paced multitasking environment whilemeeting sales goals and maximizing profitability.

• Provide excellent customer service displayexpert product knowledge and offer an unforgettable shoppingexperience.
• Possess a strong drive ambition andpassion for achievement of salesobjectives.
• Build the store business and brandawareness through Marketing and SocialMedia.
• Hire onboard and train newemployees.
• Oversee all aspects of InventoryManagement.
• Ensure adherence to health andsafety regulations
• Communicate professionallywith customers associates and corporatepartners.
• Support company and managementinitiatives and direction while ensuring adherence to policies andprocedures.
• Prioritize tasks with an attentionto detail while ensuring a customer firstfocus.
• Maintain merchandise presentation andhousekeeping standards.
• Ensure Loss Preventionawareness to protect the store from internal and externalshortages.
• Represent Detail Garage withintegrity and honesty in all interactions with associates andcustomers. Safeguard confidential information cash and credit cardinformation and merchandise.

What will you need

• Minimum of 35 years of supervisory experiencein retail or service related industry.
• Outgoingpersonality and ability to engage withothers.
• Demonstrated ability to achieveindividual selling goals as well as train employees to be effectivesales people.
• Exceptional interpersonalcommunication and customer serviceskills.
• Strong personal leadership skills anddesire to succeed.
• Ability to deal with problemsituations in a professional manner.
• Ability tomultitask in a fast paced environment.
• Scheduleflexibility with the ability to work nights weekends and someholidays
• Ability to move about in a storeincluding standing walking bending kneeling stooping climbingladders and step stools carrying bending stretching twisting andlifting objects up to 50 pounds.
• Fluency in asecond language is aplus.
