Job Description
- Handle full cycle recruitment
- Build a strong culture in the US
- Lead learning & development initiatives
- Develop a detailed understanding of the business : its employees, departments, jobs, structure, processes, and business operation
- Resolve employee relations issues and mediate, as necessary while protecting the client and company from risk associated with litigation
- Partner with International HR team members on rolling out HR strategy & processes across locations
- Foster a positive, inspired, respectful, success-oriented, collaborative, accountable and exciting environment within his / her department and the company
- Recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvement in efficiency of department and services performed

The Successful Applicant
- Italian working fluency
- 10+ years of HR experience
- Bachelor Degree
- Ability to travel
