Job Title : Enterprise Observability Risk and Compliance Manager
Location : North Brunswick, NJ
Responsibilities :
- Optimize risk and compliance posture for Enterprise Observability products.
- Create and maintain necessary mechanisms (tools & reports) to govern compliance posture.
- Manage compliance functions, including risk assessment, issue identification, and remediation.
- Develop tools and reports to aggregate, analyze, and improve risk and compliance posture.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering to prioritize risk and compliance backlog.
- Represent the product area in internal and external audits.
- Ensure adherence to firm-wide policies and compliance objectives.
- Participate in business continuity planning events.
- Collaborate with risk management and compliance teams.
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of specialty software engineering experience or equivalent (work, consulting, training, military).
- Strong expertise in one or more of the following areas : Business Intelligence & Reporting (2-4 years)Agile methodologies (2-4 years)Business communication skills (4-6 years)Data analysis (2-4 years)Excellent written and verbal communication skills (4-6 years)ITIL (4-6 years)Project coordination (1-2 years)Software architecture and design (2-4 years)Software development lifecycle (4-6 years)
