Qualifications :
- ERW tube production manufacture experience, 3years minimum in operator ERW tube forming machine;
- Ability of maintenance to the production line equipment
- Well know tube forming process and procedures, practical in mold adjustment and debug in process of forming, other skills are plus : Chamfer, swaging, drilling, machiniary etc.
- Well know tube line technical control method and safety requirement
- Able to coordinator and organize with other workmates to reach total production goals
Responsibilities :
- Response for line molds installation / change, able to do molds adjustment and product debugging
- Response for ERW line machine control and product output per specifications in a good time manner
- Response for coordinate teammates for tube forming in line with company plan and target
- Response for machine daily maintenance and record
- Routing check according to checklist for equipment and product at time of before / in / after production
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor time to time.
