You will assess patient, family and staff learning needs, deliverappropriate clinical education, patient intervention and promote effectiveworking relationships.
This Clinical Nurse II involves collaboratingwith an interdisciplinary team of dedicated professionals to develop andimplement a care plan for pre / intra / post-operative areas for our ambulatoryinterventional radiology procedures and assist with other radiology modalitiesas required.
Additionally, the position includes providing patient and familyeducation, participating in research projects and quality initiatives to ensuresafe continuity of care.
Salary range : $59.46 - $88.39 Hourly
Qualifications
- BSN or higher - required
- Current valid California RN license - required
- ACLS, BCLS and PALS from the American RedCross or American Heart Association - required
- At least 3 years of recent ICU, Cath Lab orRadiology experience - required
- Strong IV Skills - strongly preferred
- Ability to coverall areas of Radiology, including the clinics and future radiology areas
- Ability to developand implement and evaluate patient care plan actively involving patients,family, and staff
- Ability to performhistorical, physical and behavioral patient assessments
- Ability to wearlead and stand for long periods of time
- OfficialTranscripts and / or original diploma from a registered nursing program must beprovided upon hire
- Skill inimplementing appropriate nursing interventions on a consistent basis
