This move will position Pharma Solutions to expand its industry leadership through continued investment in innovation to meet the evolving needs of pharmaceutical manufacturers and developers worldwide.
The sale is presently expected to close in the first half of 2025, pending regulatory approvals and other closing conditions.
The Pharma Solutions business unit will remain a part of IFF until close and, at such time, it will transition to Roquette.

Job Summary :
It’s an exciting time to join the Information Technology Team. As the IT Procurement Lead, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining the strategic partnership between Business needs and Technology needs driving implementation, alignment, and execution in Procurement.
We are looking for an IT Procurement Technology Domain Expert to support our end-to-end procurement processes and systems.
You will be responsible for ensuring that our procurement IT solutions are aligned with the business needs, industry best practices, and regulatory standards.
You will also provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and training to the procurement staff, stakeholders and IT quality assurance staff and contribute to continues improvements of the Procurement systems.

Responsibilities include :
- Owns project portfolio and drives alignment across the businesses mapping requirements to delivered solutions.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of the Procurement IT systems and enhancements, such as e-procurement, contract management, supplier management, and spend analysis.
- Ability to analyze and perform basic and complex configuration within SAP Procurement.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the ERP systems meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with the IT teams, procurement team, and other business units to ensure alignment and coordination of the IT initiatives and projects.
- Provide training and coaching to the procurement staff and stakeholders on the procurement IT systems and best practices.
- Analyze the current and future procurement IT requirements and recommend optimal solutions.
- Ensure the integration, security, performance, and reliability of the procurement IT systems and data.
- Monitor and evaluate the Procurement IT systems and processes and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate and govern the Application Management Service team that will provide technical support and documentation and make sure standards and policies are being followed.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, developments in ERP technologies, and best practices and share knowledge and insights with the team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field
- At least 7 years of experience in procurement IT systems design, development, implementation, and support
- Experience in ECC SAP Procurement and Integrated Modules
- Experience in supporting Procurement Applications (SRM, Ariba, Elemica, EDI)
- Familiar in reading ABAP code
- Preferred experience in S / 4 HANA
- Knowledge of supporting applications and interdependencies
- Experience in Project Portfolio / Lifecycle Management
- Strong knowledge and experience in procurement processes, systems, and best practices, such as e-procurement, contract management, supplier management, and spend analysis
- Proficient in programming languages, databases, web technologies, and software development tools
