- Provide high-quality nursing care to medical / surgical patients.
- Monitor and document patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to design and implement individual care plans.
- Educate patients and families on post-surgical care and expectations.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the patients served.
- Exhibit strong organizational and communication skills.
- Adaptability to different procedures and environments within the medical / surgical setting.
