Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager with strong sales and marketing motivation, financial literacy, goal setting, and performance management skills to oversee all operational, business development, and administrative aspects of the Colorado Springs office.
This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to manage the marketing and sales of our services, and their execution that result in positive results for our customers.
- Leadership & Management : Provide leadership and direction to all departments, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration that enables all team members to grow professionally and personally.
- Strategic Planning : Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and objectives, aligning with the company's vision and mission.
- Financial Oversight : Manage and oversee the financial health of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.
Ensure accurate financial records and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Operational Efficiency : Streamline operations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize profitability. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance operational performance.
- Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to drive growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
- Team Development : Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing teams. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages professional growth and development.
- Risk Management : Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard the company's assets and reputation.

Requirements
Experience : Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a senior management role. Construction, restoration, or roofing industry.
Xactimate experience is a plus, but not required.
- Education : Bachelor's degree in business administration / management, construction management, finance, or equivalent experience is desired.
- Financial Acumen : Strong financial literacy with a proven track record in financial management, budgeting, and strategic planning.
- Leadership Skills : Exceptional leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Analytical Thinking : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Communication : Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
Background : Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
Salary Description
$120,000 - $160,000 per year
