Zip Kit Homes is looking for a Construction / Production manager to manage our Ogalala location. We want to hire a motivated, hard-working person who is interested in working for an exciting, dynamic company with many opportunities for promotions and growth.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Production / Construction Manager
Minimum of 4 years experience in construction trades. Also knowledge of lean manufacturing and six sigma is a plus.
SKILLS REQUIRED :
1. Project management experience.
2. Minimum of 4 years in the construction industry - Framing, siding, roofing preferred.
3. College degree preferred.
4. Knowledge of lean manufacturing.
5. VERY organized and attention to detail.
6. Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
SCHEDULE
We currently work (4) 10-hour days - Monday - Thursday 7 : 00 - 5 : 00. You get a 3-day weekend every week!
PAY RATE
Pay ranges from $60,000 to $80,000 per year plus quarterly production bonuses, depending on experience.
BONUSES
Additional quarterly production bonuses.
