A company is looking for a Senior Specialist, Global CX, Contact Center Technology.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and configure the CCaaS platform, including user roles, voice call flows, and digital assist flowsMonitor system performance, conduct maintenance, and ensure compliance with data protection regulationsProvide tier-2 and tier-3 technical support, develop training materials, and conduct user training sessionsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related fieldMinimum of 5-7 years of experience in managing CCaaS platforms or similar contact center technologiesProficiency in configuring and troubleshooting contact center technologies, including AI and IVR systemsFamiliarity with CRM integrations and API managementRelevant certifications in CCaaS platforms or contact center technologies are preferred
