Key Responsibilities :

• Patient Assessment and Care : Conduct behavioral health assessments, manage care plans, and deliver nursing procedures in alignment with facility standards.
• Patient Education : Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medication management, and coping strategies for improved health outcomes.
• Collaborative Care : Work closely with mental health professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Record Keeping : Document assessments, interventions, and progress accurately to maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Quality Improvement : Participate in initiatives that support the highest standards of patient care and safety in behavioral health.

Qualifications :

• Active RN license in Pennsylvania (multi-state licenses or compact licensure a plus).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in behavioral health or a similar setting preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; mental health certification preferred.
